The kids haven't seen the homeschool room yet and I'm looking forward to surprising them with something a bit out of the ordinary in the morning! I know teachers transform their classrooms a lot and figured it was about time to try something like that for myself. I'm pleased with how it turned out! :)

We made the mushrooms last year out of paper mache (the doors have since
been broken off). You can see how we made that here and here.

I put out as many fairy tale books as I could find. I suspect the books will be helter-skelter within minutes of ED walking into the room!! |
I've been planning this unit in my head since Christmas and am hoping the kids and I have a lot of fun with it. Obviously we'll be starting off with
Jack and the Beanstalk.
Lovely - I am sure your kids will enjoy it
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see all the fun things you get up to. The display looks great.
