Our blog has moved to homeschoolden.com. This is the older version of our blog... which shared the homeschooling adventures of our kids who were 8 (LD), 6 (DD) and 3 1/2 (ED) (and the years up until then!). If you are looking for all our science and history packets (and math/language arts/etc!!) -- you'll find them at our new home! homeschoolden.com

Active Math Games: 1 The Math Snail
This week I'm moving away from the theme time table
and am focussing on some active math games instead (I
only have so much energy to get things organized and set
to go!).
The kids were beside themselves to get outside to see
what I was up to with the chalk last night! This is a math
snail. LD is doing the addition problems.
DD is practicing either saying the number (in light pink,
it's very difficult to see the pink numbers in the photo but
they're on the left side of each square) or telling me what
number comes next.
